Re: Toronto Blue Jays
2020 rotation potentials:
Thornton - 2020 he's going to be given the chance to start, more likely a BP arm in the future
Shoemaker - Flashed enough for another chance, but man...can't stay healthy.
Borucki - Arm health an issue. Has talent, but can't stay healthy
Waguespack - He's got a 2.97ERA in 7 starts
SRF - Young, unpolished, no FB command, but if he can throw strikes, he's a great arm.
Zeuch - I think already said he's going to be in AAA, but he's a big ground ball guy, looked good last season
Kay - High K's, High Walks, unpolished, but high potential
Pearson - Young, might not make the rotation without injuries, or they'll keep him down until May like Vlad.
Anderson - Acquired to eat innings.
FA that can eat innings:
Cole Hamels, Roark, Miley, Porcello, Teheran, Nova, Pineda, Bailey, Pomeranz, Cahill, Cashner (ugh), Bumgarner.
Who will the Jays get out of those? If they get Roark I'd be surprised even.
