My list, as I mentioned, is actually tuned for "flow".
When I make a mix list, I actually listen to the the flow a few full rounds through.
And, I play the end/start transitions probably 10-12 times to verify that people's asses would stay on the dance floor (with beers in hand).
I really enjoyed horrorfan's playlist. Reminded me of when I played a lot of Guitar Hero with the youth I volunteered with. Maybe would not have had Hangar 18 at the end.
Moving onto Dobber's more 90sish playlist.
Dobber's started off with one of my all time favorite songs, and was sprinkled with nostalgia. Pretty chill though in spots.
A little late to the party. Here is my list.
Meatloaf - Bat Out of Hell
Blind Melon - Change
Breaking Benjamin - Home
Godsmack - Keep Away
I Mother Earth - So Gently We Go
Mad Season - Wake Up
Sound Garden - Mind Riot
Alice in Chains - Nutshell
Metallica - Harvester of Sorrow
Rage Against the Machine - Know Your Enemy
Rylant
VintageVibe's was excellent. Several of my favorite songs.
Onwards to Axeman's!
So, I'm not very familiar with a lot of these bands. I've heard their names, or maybe heard the odd song on the radio, but they are not ones I listen to regularly.
I'm certainly going to listen to some more by The Stanfields and The Trews. I quite enjoyed both of those and they are both Canadian bands! Bookended it well with two classic bands of course.
