This is good! Mason and Lehtonen is what I was going to suggest anyway and the trade makes it a slam dunk in my opinion.

Dallas is loading up and Mason seems to legit now.

You can only keep 2, so making that Niemi trade is a nice move!

Yeah, I'll also agree that Lehtonen and Mason would be my choice.
If you can get something, let alone Kessel, in return for Niemi, then that's a home-run!

Without knowing your teams needs this is a simple yes. Kessel is frindge 1^st round pick, plus you get a draft pick for a 3^rd round goalie? Yeah do it

Too many are under valuing Niemi here and over valuing the erratic Mason.

wow I don't care how much anyone over vaules Mason. To go into next year Mason, Lethtonen and Kessel oppose to Niemi and Lethtonen is unreal. I own Kessel no way I am trading him for Niemi at this point in their careers

Trade complete!? Wow, that's awesome! I was going to suggest you keep Lehtonen and Mason over Niemi, but only because I like the chances of the team they're playing for. Niemi has Stalock behind him, but Stalock before last year was never seen as anything more than a good backup, and Sateri was supposed to be better than Stalock and he ended up leaving. Still, some uncertainty. Kessel coming back is fantastic.
