Isaah Austin Honoured by the NBA

As a little back story, Isaiah Austin, projected to go somewhere at the end of the first round or early in the second, was diagnosed with Marfan Syndrome mere days before draft day. This rare and life threatening genetic disorder forced him to retire from basketball completely. However, he was still able to live his dream of being drafted thanks to commissioner Adam Silver.
