    Not sure about Nelson Emerson. Cliff Ronning played over 1000 games, and Mike Luit was a leading goalie for quite awhile...

    An eerie trend for picks going back decades? A bit reaching, but okay... at the same time they've done the same with other teams' draft picks, getting them to blossom with the Blues.

    I think a more interesting article would have been to look at which team has had their draft picks earn the most points for other teams in the past x years.
