League settings would probably get u more accurate responses.
I have the 3rd & 4th picks in our upcoming fantasy draft, Jacob Trouba is available to be drafted, where would you place him within this draft? Thanks!

Sorry about that, it's a 12 team Keeper going into its 9th year (Keep 10 + 19 farm + 10 limited farm).

Trouba would be classified as a prospect, even if he played all 82 games next year, he'd be a free keeper at year end basically. I'm also interested in the placement of prospects like Filip Forsberg and Cody Ceci within this draft, they're also available, and I have some additional later picks. Thanks again!
Definitely take Trouba, if possible. Ekblad could maybe become Trouba, if things went right, but Trouba is much further along. If you are looking at the next few years, I think Trouba is your best call. Long term, some of the forwards have higher potential, but they might not put up fantasy-relevant numbers for 3 years.

If I am you I am hoping Trouba is still available with the third pick.
I agree with the other posts and would jump on Trouba at 3 if he is still available.

Honestly, without knowing exactly who is available (other then the undrafted coming up in this years draft) to be drafted I dont know how anyone can say for sure when he should be taken.

I was assuming that Forsberg and Ceci were the two best drafted players available after Trouba, but a fuller list would be helpful.

Hey guys, thanks a lot for the responses, Trouba, Forsberg & Ceci are virtually the only notable prospects in addition to the 2014 crop and only because the managers who owned them broke Limited Farm eligibility rules, they were then released to suspended waivers until they can be drafted again. My team is certainly in need of defensemen, I'm also curious whether or not I should be targeting Ekblad with the 4th overall selection? Is Draisaitl worth considering over him? Or even Dal Colle? Thanks fellas!
Here's my team to give you a better idea of where I am as well as some prospect insight. Remember that this is our 9th year, I've been the manager since the inaugural puck drop, I've won 4 titles including the title this past season. Taylor Hall was acquired this off-season for Jonathan Bernier, Valeri Nichushkin & Mats Zuccarello.
