Saw this today and laughed...basically this guy gets ticketed in NYC for riding outside the bike lane (which is actually completely legal and 100% necessary if you want to stay alive) so he makes this funny video in response, enjoy:

That's awesome! LOL had me laughing a few times. Goes to show how stupid the black letter of the law can be. Or maybe those carrying out, since it seems to be actually legal. Cops, I tell ya!
