yeah every team does it, but not every player by any stretch
there are some REALLY egregious examples of players who dive if you so much as breathe on them.
It just so happens Boston has one of the worst offenders in the league...a couple years ago the Habs had one of them (Maxim Lapierre)...the irony lies in having your dbag coach call out divers when he's got one of the worst in the league on his roster

Do you guys remember a couple years ago the league considered a proposal to create a 'list of shame' to track the league's worst divers? I haven't heard anything since but that seemed like a pretty good idea to me. Of course the refs already sorta have that list in their heads already but still, the idea of formalizing it somehow seemed appealing to me

That's the point of this vids. To show that every team does it and it should be obvious to every fan. This team however, likes to act like they are above it. Interesting you mention Vancouver as these vids are purported to made by a Canucks fan
I like the Lucic line as well "we don't accept it as a team, we don't accept it from our teammates". Lol. Unless it's Marchand or Chara. Those guys are above criticism.

Every coach bitches about embellishment. Every team has players that embellish. I just don't see the point in trying to make fun of a coach for his words, when literally every other coach would have similar thoughts. Does that make every coach a hypocrite for hating embellishment while having 1 or 2 embellishers on their team?
Therrien is also very vocal about embellishment/diving in the past. There are several examples of current habs players that dive. Should I make a thread about that?
My point is it's just pointless considering every team hates embellishment and every team has those that embellish. If you want to bitch about someone, bitch about those that embellish. Make a thread mocking the Marchards, the Keslers etc makes more sense to me than going after the coach, who chances are actually hates embellishment.
