This makes sense given the deal that was just announced. Cammalleri to Calgary, Ana\'s pick to LA, and LA\'s 2nd pick and CGY\'s pick to ANA.

Now dealing Tanguay for the 25th makes sense.

Finally, a solid deal goes through! I have been so sick of reading all these rumours. Now to the fun part, where does this move leave Tanguay fantasy-wise? Not sure how much his status will change. He was getting top line mins with Iggy, decent PP time but inconsistent I think. If anything I could see Tanguay getting some solid PP time on that deadly MTL PP.

Good trade for MTL i would think.

Montreal have enough young players and they need depth and backup up now and not in two years. The 25th overall pick was not what they needed.

That\'s definitely a good trade for them. Tanguay was not happy in Calgary system and would fit nicely in MTL. I think he\'ll become an at least 75 pts player once again.

Just hope they can convince Sundin...
