There was a new craze in the U.S. this year, called LeBroning, where people walking down the street, in the mall, in school hallways, etc. bump into some and fall to the ground.

Man, I should upload some of the game tape from this past season. The best player on our arch-rival was a glutton for flops. Had no clue how to sell it though. He'd just stand there with all his weight on his heels waiting for a breeze to blow him over.

Yeah I use to coach high school basketball, and that stuff would drive me insane.
If I ever had a kid, I couldn't picture myself clapping in the stands as a dad for that kind of stuff. Maybe if he was into dramatic arts and was leading a stage performance of MacBeth.

It never really bothered me much. Only time I lost my cool was the time he dropped like a sack of hammers and inadvertently tripped my player. I mean, all the power to them.
In three years of coaching I've yet to have a kid who flopped but I wouldn't much mind it if I did. I'd just make sure to show the kid how ridiculous he looked if he did it poorly.

I don't follow the NBA at all, so I just know the names of some of the most famous players. Does LeBron ever get penalized for all that embarrassing diving?
