As for Downie, he's 26 so he would've been in fourth bracket, where the #8 seed is Ryan Reeves, and I think at this point Reaves (over 3 PIMs per game and 3 Hits per game) are better than Downie's (1.5 Hits per game, 2.5 PIMs per game, with slightly better but not great Shots total).
