Elias Lindholm - I think in most likelihood he will be a for sure NHL stud 70-80 pts
Nikita Kucherov - Sniper who I can see netting 35-40 a year
Anthony Mantha - 40-40
Teuvo Teravainen - 70 pt ceiling I think
Nic Petan - 70 pt ceiling but doubtful he will reach that

Only player I'm not big on there is Petan. I'm nervous about Mantha too (because Detroit). I'd be really happy having any of the other three.

Acquire them all, regardless of the cost. Keep them for 2 or 3 years. Drop any that become busts, and trade the rest for prospects. This is the recipe for buidling a dynasty!!!

Tell me more about Lindholm. Is he a playmaker or a sniper? He is a C, how is Carolina's situation at C? Where/who will this guy be playing with over the next year or two? Hes had a string of injuries to start his NHL career, I know its earlier but is anybody worried about Band-Aid Boy status with this guy? Thanks for all the input guys.

This is the order as I see it too. Lindholm has been projected as being as good as Zetterberg, but that depends too on who he plays with. He will be good, and I am not worried about his early career injuries. Teravainen will be good too, but I think he is a bit undersized. Kucherov will be a constant Cy Young (all goals, no assists) candidate, and likely top out at 60 points.Originally posted by bigbabybuda View Post
