    Default Bolland

Got his foot/ankle cut by Kassian's skate. Early speculation by Mackenzie and others and it's really bad but too early to tell. With Bozak gone, Leafs are in trouble.
We get one of these - Don't waste it.

Can never be too deep at center. Colborne would be handy about now...

This could be brutal for the Leafs.

Which center who is currently in the Leafs organization can step up into the top 6? Bozak is out until end of month, as far as I have read. Leafs have cap problems so a deal is hard to see, maybe if they can get somebody to take Liles.

Having surgery. I guess some players didn't learn from the Eriksson incident last season. Isn't there a kevlar sock? Yes there is.

I think tonight was the night that the Leafs ridiculous luck has finally turned. Really tough injury, hate to see guys getting cut, scary stuff.

Anyone seen a post-op report on Bolland's prognosis yet? Maybe a Leafs homer or Toronto denizen has some scoop for us? He has been dropped in the leagues I dont own him in and I have the space on IR; he's a keeper for sure in my deep leagues and it would be great to snatch him up if there's a chance he will be back this year.

Yes there is. The gap in your statement is the fact that Bolland was wearing the Kevlar sock. It is cut resistant, not cut proof. It's not like they are wearing bullet proof socks out there...

Not really much new info here:

"Bolland underwent successful surgery on Sunday to repair a severed tendon and is out indefinitely; Bozak has a hamstring injury and won’t return until Nov. 21 at the earliest."
