Tough game to call... I\'ll still go with Detroit. 4-3, Franzen with the cup winning goal late in the third.

3-1 Detroit. Shots 35-20.

Lidstrom is the first Euro captain to win a cup, and Pitts is the first home crowd that looks like they\'re dressed up for the visiting team.

I would love to see Pittsburgh bring their best game of the playoffs tonight but I really don\'t see it happening.

No one on the the wings has stood out in the finals.
Conn Smythe will go to Osgood.
Sure everyone hates him and he is under-rated but he has played well... not easy getting under 20 shots a game... gets boring. He still has the mental toughness.

I may be the one nay-sayer here, but I really think it\'ll go back to detroit where they will THEN win in front of their home crowd.

The way Detroit lost is a huge huge blow to mental composure... I know they are veteran team, but I see it taking them through the 2nd period of game 6 to turn the momentum back around and get themselves back in the groove. By then, a game 6 victory may already be out of reach.

Remember. Osgood isn\'t a great goalie. If the players make mistakes in front of him, goals WILL be scored.

I\'m sorry, but Zetterberg has been amazing in these finals. The only points crosby has really gotten have pretty much been when zetterberg wasn\'t on the ice, or while he was killing a penalty.

Did you not see his stick check against crosby on the 5-3 penalty kill? He made crosby his b*tch with that check. I\'m not a big zetterberg fan, but if detroit wins, it\'s because he kept crosby from being a major factor...

You could put Grant Fehr in net for detroit, with the same size pads that he wore back in the day and he\'d do just as well as osgood has with that defense in front of him.

I would actually say that FLEURY in a losing effort would be more worthy of the Conn Smyth than Osgood.

I would also agree with Osgood winning the Conn Smyth, but I think Zetterberg deserves it more..

I think Detroit will win tonight 3-1. But I hope Pittsburgh wins just so we can all watch GAME 7 SATURDAY night in Detroit. That would be just great..

Datsyuk and Zetterberg will both have 2 points each, Cleary scores the winner and heads to DisneyLand on his way to Newfoundland..

We might not agree on the Conn Smythe but I do think Pit will win tonight with the game 5 win carrying over and home support. Wings will win in game 7... no way Pens beat wings 3 straight games

i don\'t see the wings suffering from the big game 5 loss at all.. they\'re the definition of pros.

still, would not be shocked to see the pens steal one, especially if the refs have anything to do with it.

hilarious!! i really, really look down on teams that have to pass around t-shirts in the playoffs. that is so lame. philly, i\'m talking to you, too.

osgood lost gave up his chance at a conn smythe by letting in that talbot goal. no way should he have come off the post like that... it was a softy.
