I like it. Enroth > Bishop, Miller will likely be moved at some point this year and Bishop has to compete with Lindback with a shoddy D, although BUF isn't much better.
Perry is much better than Skinner, especially when hits and PIM are involved.

Good deal or no?
Post yours and I'll answer in return. Thanks!

I like this deal. I'm not a fan of Enroth or Bishop necessarily, but Perry is better than Skinner. I would do it.
Getting Perry makes the rest of the players simply "pieces".
For what it's worth, I like Bishop over Enroth but it's not by a big margin

Perry ~ 60-70 point player, 60 - 70 point upside
Skinner ~ 50 point player, 65-80 point upside
Goals, Assists, Points, GWG, SHP, BLKs = Wash
PIM, Hits = Perry
SOG, PP Points = Skinner
Subscribing to the theory that they have the same points upside (they do), goals, assists, and points as categories basically even out. GWG are completely random, as are SHP, and neither player really kills penalties so those cancel out. Neither player really blocks shots, so those are out. Perry out-hits and and out-PIMs Skinner, but also keep in mind that those are pretty replaceable categories, especially within your D corps. Skinner out-shoots Perry by a pretty fair margin, a harder category to fill. Skinner also has a slight edge in PP points, or at very worse it's a wash. Let's call it a wash. So Perry wins against Skinner 2 categories to 1.
Now. Bishop wins in GAA, SV%, Wins, and Saves. Lots of people who watch Buffalo more than me argue and think that even if Miller was traded, that Hackett would beat out Enroth as the starter. And as bad as Tampa is, Buffalo is worse. So Bishop wins against Enroth 4 categories to 0
Overall, the Skinner/Bishop side wins this trade 5 categories to 2. Next up. In such a deep league, it is impossible to find starting goalies, and you have 3 of them. In daily starts, that is gold. If you're intent on trading a goalie, you can get better than Perry.
Lastly. Look at your team. It's extremely young everywhere. Sorry to tell you, but with that team you are 2-3 years away from competing IMO. By that time, the points categories will definitely swing in Skinner's favour, and the shots will be even more in Skinner's favor. Hackett will have almost certainly developed into the starter over Enroth, and Bishop will have improved and solidified his game as a bonafide starter. IMO, based on your league settings and team composition, this trade provides no value to you and I think you should decline.
I don't like that this trade leaves you with only Dubnyk to turn to in met if Price gets hurt. But I'm a big Perry fan and Skinner's value is up right now due to him not being hurt and producing. I'd want to modify the deal I don't like it as is. There's a basis for a deal but it needs some work.
Also the player above me deserves rep for this thread....excellent insight.
I love this deal from your end. Great job.

Yeah, like everyone else, parlay Bishop right now, I had similar pieces and just landed Ovechkin in a deal. For Bishop and Ryan, plus I also got Backstrom G Min.
Good Luck

Rataylor provided an excellent analysis. I am a pretty big Skinner fan, despite the injury risk. Bishop competes with Lindback, but I think he will win that battle in the end. Enroth's value assumes Miller is traded and no one is brought in to replace him.
As good as Perry is, I would keep Bishop.
