i guy in my league loves the kings. i might LIKE the following might be on the table:
his: p.kessel and 3rd overall in this year\'s draft(so maybe bogosian, filatov, maybe doughty)
for my: j.johnson, and a later 1st rounder(i own 11th, 13th, 14th, 18th overall)
kessel is under contract for 7 more years. jj is still prospect status so i could leave him there for another year.
the only players available to be drafted are those in the actual 2008 NHL entry.

I agree with Anonymous, make the deal. I love the type of player JJ will become, his numbers may not be pool friendly. That plus there are several options as offensive D-men go in LA.

I have to agree, I would take Kessel and then use the pick to either replace JJ or take Filatov..
JJ is going to be great but is he going to be very offensive?? Nobody knows really. I would rather somebody else wait on this kid to blossom into a great NHL\'er and then maybe down the road try and trade for him them.
