Default Hodgson on in a salary league

    And team in signature.

I'm up against the cap and not sure if Hodgson is worth the 4.2M$ he just signed for?

Should I try and move him? I have tried to deal Marleau but received zero interest.

not sure what to do? He could be worth it in a season or 2 but I'm in the $ every season and situations like this can make or break u.

    Thoughts?

As as Sabres fan, I have very low expectations for them this year. I fully expect Vanek to be traded at some point, and it seems Ryan Miller has already mentally checked out. And you have to believe that the Sabres signed Hodgson to that deal for his future potential. He's not a $4 million dollar guy right now. They are banking on him developing.

At that salary, I think Hodgson is more appealing to a rebuilding team. Someone who can wait a few years on him.

I'd certainly see what kind of offers you can get on him, if you are pressed up against the cap...

    Good luck.
