I agree with the posts above. Also it depends where your team is at. For instance if you are rebuilding I'd suggest you Skinner, but if your team is older and trying to win this season I may not.
Although it doesn't help you now, I agree with the others. If you can add your signature to reflect your team, cats, etc., it would go a great deal toward helping people help you.
