2 GM's needed for Dynasty League

-$25 league fee (possibly going to $30 this year)
-Dynasty league hosted on fantrax
-H2H with daily roster changes
-12team league is set up to mimic the NHL's salary cap with contracts
-1 team finished 2nd while the other finished last but has a lot of salary cap space for the top free agents.
-We have not done the free agent auction or prospect draft
-10 player prospect list
