Here in the US - we have a ton.
I've written down Broadchurch. I must say, this is one of my fave threads on the forums - seems we all dig similar stuff.
    (That's super cool)

I'm currently through half of Season Two of "The Fall".
My wife was watching the show the other night and said "Oh, that's Christian Grey".
Apparently the guy is cast as the ladies swoon-heart of the past year's great chick-lit.
    Meh.
Kind of ruined it a bit for me... but still enjoying it.

Wife & I were sad to say farewell to "Parenthood" last night.
Good ending. Good show. We'll miss it.

Queueing up Season 3 of Girls.
Then Netflixing the past seasons of Nurse Jackie and GoT (Season 4 - I haven't seen it yet!!! shhhhh) as they come out in February!

This thread is the best (and not just because I started it).

I've gotten so many ideas from here for shows that I otherwise wouldn't have even given a second thought to (or heard of).

This thread would have been better if I started it, but even as it is.... its pretty good. The Fall was a good find. I'm gonna go through this thread again when I'm finished it and see if I can find another gem.

Don't know if you're still looking, but it's on Hulu. I assume that's available in Canada?

I've been taking a bit of a break from Mad Men. I don't know why, I've just never been able to totally get into this show. I've tried watching it two times before, and this is the furthest I've made it but I'm stalled out again. I like watching it once it's started, but I just can't get really excited about turning it on in the first place.

So instead I'm starting my fiance on Parks and Recreation.

I watched the first season and thought it was quite good. Looking forward to seeing if they can follow up on its potential.

Thanks to Rogers making Shomi free for now, I binge-watched the entire 3 seasons and prequel of Spartacus. If you liked the movie Gladiator, you should enjoy this one. There is a bit of full frontal, including the male actors, so your gf/wives may enjoy the "show" if they are into that sort of thing!

Half way through first season of Broadchurch... pretty awesome detective show.

Similar theme to True Detective, but the style is much different. The characters are more down to earth and fallible, and the show is much less dark. Because the show takes on a "process of elimination" approach to finding the killer, there's a lot of characters who need to be developed, and they are all credible. The detectives are especially fallible (sometimes downright incompetent), which I think makes the show more believable, unlike typical crime shows where the detectives are cool, calculated and never make mistakes.

Needless to say I'm hooked. 8/10 so far.

    Suits is pretty good.
I binge-watched 3 straight seasons with the wife.

Basically, it's the MadMen version of a law firm.
    Characters are superb.
And Season 3 is strange because of the Game of Thrones characters - but neat.

I can't even tell you how excited I am to put this in my watch queue.
    Nice summary!
