I need a new show...

Not sure if anyone mentioned "Shameless" - William H Macy is terrific. Watch a couple episodes and you are either hooked or hate it. It is a crazy show.

Shameless is solid. My wife & I have it on our queue to watch every season. Good cast of (child) characters in the dysfunctional family show. Macy is really fun to watch.
We also just finished the latest DVD season of Nurse Jackie - which, if anybody (since this is a "guys" crowd) can honestly enjoy a show with a female lead character - this is a good one.

For those on Netflix, we also just watched a French show called "Les Revenants" / "The Returned".
The US now has a show out called "Resurrection"... which is based on the French show.
Even with sub-titles, and even if you can't understand a lick of French... the French version is much creepier. 6-8 episodes, very, very good.
The characters in the French show are dynamic - whereas the characters in the US version are ho-hum, my 2 cents.

Totally agree with Bass here, Suits is amazing.

I've also started watching House of Cards, which is really quite good. Only downside is that nearly every character in the show is a terrible person.

But definitely jump on Suits, if you haven't seen it yet.

Um, I've been watching (and enjoying) Veronica Mars on Netflix...

Anyway, yeah, HoC is excellent, as long as you're okay with virtually every character in the show being a terrible person. Took me a while to get into it for that reason, but it's solid.

Archer is one of my all-time favorites, highly recommend that one if you haven't seen it

Not sure if anyone else watches this, but The Americans on FX is really good. It's not a "shoot 'em up" action show and focuses instead on factuality and some of the nitty-gritty behind espionage and intelligence-gathering in the 1980s during the Cold War. Don't necessarily have to be a history buff or political junkie to enjoy it.

I've watched the first two seasons of Homeland and while there are some entertaining twists, I find The Americans much better as a like-minded show.

Wife & I watched probably the first 4-5 episodes... and then it seemed like they were all the same as previous ones.
Like a "cookie-cutter" template.

I hate "giving up" on a show... but we did it with this one.
(And I did it in Season 3 of The Walking Dead, as well)
