Roster dilemma :: Crosby DTD

Ok, 10 team Yahoo H2H playoffs started this week I have a bye: G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, SOG, FW // W, Sv%, GAA, SHO

My roster:

C: Toews, Backstrom, Kesler, Crosby (DTD)
LW: Nash, Cammalleri, Kovalchuk(IR)
RW: Malkin, Seguin, Pavelski, Williams
D: Chara, Pietrangelo, Gonchar, Letang (IR)
G: Henrik, Bob, Emery

Okay, so here's the dilemma. Obviously next week I'm going to be activating Letang - and most likely Kovalchuk if not for Monday then soon. My concern is this: I don't want to drop Crosby but he isn't IR eligible in Yahoo leagues. I also don't really want to drop Emery, as he's been playing lights out hockey lately w/ shutouts in 2 out of his last 3 games - stealing more starts.

Another very relevant piece of info: DAILY STARTS. I won't be sitting any of my RWs this upcoming week - the schedule works out so that I can play all wingers in all games except a LW on Sunday. This is a HUGE reason why I don't want to drop a RWer who will help me next week.

So basically, what do I do? I'm thinking drop Crosby to activate Letang for next Wednesday's game and probably drop Emery whenever I need to activate Kovalchuk? Who are my two drops here? Go with healthy contributors like Williams or hang on to Sid?

Looking at your line-up, and with daily starts, I think you need to drop Crosby.

Odds are very low he comes back before the end of the season, and if he does it will probably only be for 1-2 games to get himself warmed up for the playoffs. Not worth the dead weight on your roster, and I don't see anyone else being expendable.

Yeah, I'm just struggling with dropping him.

Remember when I can to terms with trading him during the concussion!?! I think I did well (t. hall and getz).

But anyway .. WHO is my other drop? Emery?

I've probably drop Bob before I drop Emery who's been unreal.

I'd consider dropping Pavelski instead of Bob.

The only thing about Emery is the Crawford factor. I suppose I'll have a better idea of Crow's outlook after tomorrow and Sunday's games, but I don't wanna get caught with a goalie who isn't getting starts.

It's not like Bob hasn't been unreal. Probably my leading Vezina candidate right now.

Can you even drop Crosby, or is he on a "cant cut list" for you? Unless your playoffs run another two weeks long, I doubt they'll put him back until right before the real playoffs. In that case you need to just drop him and get every game you can in.

I think Crosby's been taken off the Can't Cut List in Yahoo at least.
