Revisiting a question from preseason

I asked this question preseason but now that we're a couple of weeks in, I'm asking again. My league has NO bench and 2 DL slots. Those are currently occupied by David Ortiz and Brett Lawrie. I have Brian McCann in one of my 2 starting C slots.

My 3B and CI are Jedd Gyorko and Trevor Plouffe, respectively. There are Cs out there producing at a much greater clip - Attis, Jaso, Castillo.

I guess my question is twofold...
1. Do I dump Gyorko or Plouffe, move Ortiz/Lawrie into a starting spot for the next couple of weeks and pick up one of these hot Cs?
2. If yes, which do I dump and which C do I pick up?

Here's my starting lineup:
C - Buck, McCann (DL)
1B - Morneau
2B - Kendrick
SS - Reyes
3B - Gyorko
MI - Lowrie
CI - Plouffe
OF - Kemp, BJ Upton, Cabrera, Pagan, Willingham
Util - Fowler
DL - Ortiz, Lawrie

ortiz should return in less than a week. lawrie is also on the brink. gyorko will have more value than plouffe because of the 2/3 qualification.

gattis is interesting. watch him this weekend. he will get detwiler today, stras tomorrow, and giog sunday. if he handles those pitchers, he will continue to earn lots of playing time and be a logical add until mccann returns.
