Don\'t Stop Belieeeeeeeeeving!
Thought I\'d start a thread on what could potentially be the end of the Flame\'s season. (Hopefully not)

[li]Hale, Ericksson in, Godard out[/li]
[li]Vandermeer starting on the LW again[/li]
[li]Flames are 5-14 in Game sixes all time[/li]
[li]Sharks are 2-10[/li]
[li]Brian Campbell is NOT God[/li]
[li]PRUST possibly in!![/li]
[li]Perhaps most important, Kelley Hrudey predicts a Flames win[/li]

Flames have played well this season when their backs are against the wall, hopefully they can keep that up. Honestly I think if they play like they did in Game 5, and cut down on the turnovers a little bit they deserve to win.
-ConroyI think the big thing is this team believes we can win. We haven’t been able to come out on the positive side the past couple of games, but we feel we’re right there. It’s just a matter of the rest of us burying opportunities and getting it done. Iggy’s playing great. Dion is unbelievable. Lanks has got some goals, too. Now the rest of us have to get it going.

Love the avatar BTW :P
As for some rival banter it\'s time for the Sharks to put out the Flames Sorry couldn\'t resist. I\'m really excited to watch the game tonight.

I really dont thing the Snorks have the goods to get deep in the playoffs but I would hate to see the incredible season of Nabby wasted with a 1st round exit. Big Joe is still the Tinman but at least the Captain has shown signs of life. I dont want the Flames to go away so I would be fine with a Game 7. My boy Kipper deserves to stick around and I love watching Phaneuf PUNISH peeps. Iggy should drop em with Joe just to get things going.

As much as I\'d love it, I\'d be VERY surprised if that happened.Iggy should drop em with Joe just to get things going.
Iggy has been the best player on the ice in the series, and to have him in the box for 5 minutes doesn\'t help at all in such a huge game, even IF it\'s Jumbo Joe he\'s taking off with him. Sure he plays better when pissed off and all that, but he can get pissed off in other ways. :P
Tonight is the type of game that Iginla needs to will his team to victory. He\'s done it in the past, and I hope he does it tonight.
I won\'t be surprised if Iggy/Phaneuf hit 30 minutes tonight with the season on the line and Keenan being willing to ride his top horses hard.
If the Flames beat my sharks, I want them to win and re-enact \"Red Hot\".

I\'m guaranteeing a victory...a la messier...tonight flames 3 sharks 1(if they win I look like a genius)!!!!! Let\'s go boys!!!
Marleau will have a big game tonight.
I have no rooting interest but I think the Flames win tonight and Sharks win game 7 at home.
Looking for a league

Great game by the Flames so far.
Couple thoughts...
Michalek - Wow, he has no confidence anymore...what was he thinking on the 3-1?
Jumbo Joe - Hellooooo. Just so you know, the game started 2 hours earlier than the rest of the series.
Soup Boy - See Jumbo Joe, but I guess since they\'re living together since the deadline that would make sense.
Nolan-Conroy-Huselius - They\'ve been on fire! Secondary scoring...woooo! Lots of periods of sustained pressure in the Sharks zone.
Moss - Primeau - Nystrom - Couple of chances, but every time they\'re on the ice they\'re putting pressure on the Sharks defense. They may not be generating a whole lot of chances but don\'t underestimate how that wears down the Sharks defense.
Phaneuf - Amazing, as always. What a series.
Iginla - See above
Regehr - Again, see above.
I\'m debating between getting Nolan or Regehr on my jersey. If Nolon re-signs (or wins the Cup!) I think his name will go on, if not it\'s gunna be Regehr.
Lombardi - HUGE PK. Blocks a shot and is in obvious pain, but can\'t get off the ice. Stays on, goes down to attempt to block another shot, and clears the puck TWICE so that he can get off. Obviously got a bunch of cheers from the Dome for his efforts.
Flames need to keep the intensity up, don\'t let the Sharks back in it.
Hey Torture, No reaction to Kipper\'s performance thus far?

Haha. It\'s just so commonplace for Kipper to be really good that sometimes you look over it I suppose.Hey Torture, No reaction to Kipper\'s performance thus far?
He\'s definitely been good, although he really hasn\'t been that busy. Couple huge saves, but Nabokov has definitely been the busier goaltender tonight.
Just a question though...where has this powerplay been during the regular season? (And this PK for that matter) #1 PP in the playoffs!? CRAZY!
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
BRING ON GAME 7!
There ya go Tiantonio, Shutout for Kipper :woohoo:
