If you guys want more news to further depress you let me fill you in on how Anthony Gose is doing in AAA.

    .228 AVG, .313 OBP, .613 OPS, 95K to 33BBB

Oh, and the kicker? 12 SB to 12 CS.

He's 50% in stolen bases. So when your speed demon who couldn't hit well to begin with can't steal bases at a respectable rate anymore, then what do you do?

May seem kind of silly to think but I wonder if this is his way of rebelling a bit for not getting his shot this season in Toronto. Lost some of his drive maybe?

LOL. I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm so happy I worked at my second job last night and missed the game because it probably saved my tv's life.

Jays finding every way possible to lose. Two nights ago it was the eighth, and last night they waited till the last possible minute to blow it! It's actually gotten so bad that it's hilarious at this point. Don't know what to do other than laugh.

I was at yesterday's game. What a shitty way to start the game you sit down and all of a sudden you're down four runs. I mean all in all it was a good day because we all got shittered afterwards but would have liked to see a Jays win.

Johnson is just infuriating to watch. At times he shows that he can dominate, the Astros couldn't touch him from the 2nd to the 5th or something..and then out of nowhere he gives up two homeruns. I mean they're the frigging Astros.

At this point there's a good chance that he'll have to accept a qualifying offer because I can't see a team wanting to invest years and a lot of $ into him when he's pitching like this.

I remember during the summer, Josh Johnson was saying: "I will not be signing a extension, as I want to be a free agent".. Well Josh, you may want to change your tone because you are sucking some major slew water right now..

Glad they got the win today!!

What's this business about a tweet at 3:45AM from a hotel room? I just caught the end of the story on my way into work.

Didn't hear about this at all, mind you I've been really busy lately and haven't been able to stay up late to watch all the games.

What a surprise. I turn on the tv to a Josh Johnson start and he's down 4-0 after the first. Deja ****ing vu. He didn't get a whole lot of help as Melky can't run for shit and Bautista air mailed a throw home into the backstop...but still. He's getting hit all over the place.

Time for John Gibbons to be given his papers. This experiment is over.

While I first agreed with AA's trades, hoping for the best after numerous years of crap, this is clearly not working and is getting more embarrassing by the day. Lets start building the team for next year now so there's no stumble. We need a coach (like B.Showalter) who makes his players accountable and will get the most of his players.

Gibbons has made his share of mistakes.
Pete Walker is in over his head.
But the biggest reason for the collapse = You cant win w/o starting pitching.

    Can't believe Johnson won.

Also can't believe they let Happ throw that many pitches. Big collapse boys. 7-2 lead into a 9-7 loss against the Mariners. Embarrassing.

I am starting to think that Kawasaki is the key to the Jays winning games.

Everytime he comes around, they start putting things together. I dont think its anything he does with the bat or glove, but I think its more the mentality he brings to the clubhouse.

Why didn't I think of this earlier??

Kawaski is the teams MVP in my opinion!!!
