Great insight guys. I totally forgot about Green. When I first posted this I didn\'t bother put them in any order so here\'s my biased ranking of my top 15 under 25 players.

1. Crosby
2. AO
3. Malkin
You can just as easily shuffle around these guys in any order but I have Crosby on top. Go Nova Scotia.

4. Phaneuf
He\'s a monster in multiple stat categories. With all due respect to Pronger, Gonchar and Lidstrom, he\'s the best D-man in fantasy.

5. Spezza
6. Kovolchuk
Everytime they are on the ice they create offensive opportunities. For both teams

7. Staal
8. Getz
9. Nash
10. Toews
11. Parise
12. Price
Don\'t get me wrong, Price is a solid goaltender but he hasn\'t even played a full season yet. How many people were all over Cam Ward after he won the cup in 2006.

13. Kane
14. Whitney
15. EJ

FW: Draisaitl, Pastrnak, Keller, Jarvis, Barbashev, Kyrou, Raymond
D: Dobson, Nurse, Sergachev, Andersson, Zadorov, York
G: Oettinger, Raanta, Copley, Vejmelka

Madmax,

You have Kane at 11 and 15. were you looking to add Green? I am still puzzled by the inclusion of Whitney over Kopitar/Stastny/Radulov.

Looking at this kinda one player at a time, why Toews behind Kane, is this only becuase of Toews injury issues already? I personally would rather have Toews, althought as been mentioned here before many of these guys could be swapped around since they are all very close.
Personal preference. Kane is all offense and Toews is more of a two way player. Most ppl have Toews ranked higher but personally I like Kane.

Come On Nuck.

Spezza over Kovy. :P

That Girlie Mahn doesnt even know the NHL season is more than 75 games long. Did you see his ass limping around last game? I have no respect for that softee. Kovy is PURE MONEY. Spezza should get dealt for some CAJONES.

Some ppl like to pick the flashy player but i pick based on stats.

last 3 seasons:

Spezza
GP 68 Pts 90
GP 67 Pts 87
GP 76 Pts 92
Totals 211 GP 269 Pts = 1.27 PPG
Kovi
GP 78 Pts 98
GP 82 Pts 76
GP 79 Pts 87
Totals 239 GP 261 Pts = 1.09 PPG

Tiantonio: Spezza plays less games and gets injured but still gets more pts than Kovi. I\'ll take more points anyday but I pick players with my head not my heart :P

SPEZZA plays with two of the NHLs top 15 scorers and Kovy plays with CRUMBS!!!!

Spezza has had career high 34 goals in back-to-back seasons

Kovy has scored as few as 34 goals ONLY ONCE in SIX YEARS IN THE LEAGUE.

In the end it all comes down to more points.
You may like to say you have a top scorer in the league but I rather have a guy who gets more points for me fantasy wise ever if he has better linemates.

Unless a league gives extra points for goals i\'ll go with Spezza every time.

Hemsky doesnt make my top 11. May not even make my top 20.

Call me when he ever scores a PPG or more than 20 goals.

ONE TIME in Five seasons has the dude played more than 74 games.

Why So Much Love???

He can dangle, but that just makes him a more pass happy Kovalev.

Nash gets too much love. He will have some linemates soon, that for me would be the only reason why I\'d be holding onto him. I\'d take Toews over Kane, points will be similar, Kane is a RW...but you can\'t help but love Toews.

It\'d be great to see this thread stickied and come back to it in a year at this time.

Also...Mike Green is looking solid, I want to see him put up another season like this one first however.
