    Default Kinsler or.....

12 team keeper, standard 5/5 rotisserie, protect 8.

    So far I am protecting

    Kinsler 2B
    Tulowiski SS
    M. Cabrera 3B
    Bautista OF
    Trout OF
    Gonzalez OF
    Darvish P
    Sale P

I have a glut of pitching in addition that includes Hamels, Medlen, Morrow, Zimmerman. I'm debating protecting one of these pitchers instead of Kinsler. Any thoughts?
    12 team keeper league - count top 4C, 4LW, 4RW, 6D, 2G - points only, goalies (W +1, SO +2, SV +0.1, GA -1). Keep 8 + 1 Goalie.
    C - Pavelski, Backstrom, Kopitar
LW - Ovechkin, P. Kane, Gaudreau
    RW - Giroux
    D - Gostisbere
    G - Fleury

    10 team keeper league - roto, start 2C, 2LW, 2RW, 1F, 4D, 1U, 2G - Cats: G, A, +/-, PPP, GWG, SOG, W, S%, SO
C - Tavares, T. Johnson, Stepan, Kreijci, Hertl, Bennett
LW - Hall, Ladd, Lucic, E. Kane
    RW - Kucherov, Silfverberg, Duclair
D - Burns, Barrie, Hamilton, Rielly, Klefbolm, A. Larsson
    G - Holtby, Bishop

I would keep Kinsler. 2B is one of the toughest positions to fill and he's elite. And not that it's a ton relevant since his value is at 2B, but he could also see some OF time (and hence OF designation added) this season in order for the Rangers to get Profar in the lineup. Either way, I'm keeping Kinsler well before the others on your extended list.

    Hamels over Sale.
Sale had the highest innings jump by far. He could be in for a regression.

Seconded. Hamels is a top 10 pitcher with plenty of years left.
