As a Stamkos owner I would ask for more in return for him. But you could always try, just dont get your hopes up. As for your ranking I would bump up Voracek and Wheeler a bit and maybe Koivu is a bit to high the rest seems fine.

If this is a deal you've made to acquire Stamkos then I think you did great. There's no guarantee that Ovechkin will return to his old ways or that Voracek is on anything but a hot streak. Stamkos, on the other hand, is as close as you can get to a guaranteed 90+ points each season.

I would move Ovechkin/Voracek for Stamkos.
If there are 12 teams keeping 8F, that's 96F kept.
Last year's #96F scored exactly 50pts.
So, you are really comparing 2-vs-2 here.
Stamkos + The #8F you'll keep (say Wheeler/Landeskog)
vs.
Ovechkin + Voracek
Stamkos, as a 95pt player, equals a +45pt value over a redraft forward.
Wheeler/Lando, as 60pt guys, equals a +10pt value over a redraft forward.
Ovechkin, as a 75pt player, equals a +25pt value over a redraft forward.
Voracek, as a 70pt player, equals a +20pt value over a redraft forward.
The point totals above is where I would peg them.
If you insert your own forecasts for each player and do the math, you'll know which pair of players represents the best PLUS VALUE.

Thanks for the feedback.. I ended up trading Ovi and Benn for Stamps and Doughty. I used voracek/landeskog to get perry.. I really wanted Stamps and Ovi has let me down 2 years in a row. i see flashes here and there. good luck to him.
