Hmm. Not entirely sure what I think of this from a football perspective. But I do love this move from the perspective of Stafford's fantasy value, and guess we'll finally get to see what that offense was supposed to be with Best. Still gonna be chucking the hell outta the ball, with the possibility of some innocent looking RB screens going for 50+ and a touch.

From a football perspective? Are you kidding me? This is going to improve their pass D. All they needed to do was improve their pass rush and secondary and the Lions would be in business....oh wait....they just improved their offense? Nevermind.

I like the Mendenhall signing, assuming the Cards improve their O line even a little. He should be fully recovered and put up nice numbers.
