    Default Would you dump Briere to waiver wire to get Turris

    didnt see the one goalie only but still i would have to lean towards kipper now. price is good and getting better but who knows what happens. for all you know Mon. might not think he is ready yet to be there full time goalie going into next yr so they get another decent non starter and they split there time for another season or 2 until he is fully ready.

    as for kipper you know he will be playing 9 out of 10 games.

    The way I look at it... Turris and Price are the best prospect players to have... so if he is wanting to have some youth on his team.. then he is picking the right guys to have... Turris will be a stud.. look at who his linemates will be for his first game.. Dobber said, Mueller, and Doan! Enough said with Turris imo.. the choice with kipper and price.. I would stick with price.. he is 21 and is playing like a stud.. If you value Kipper so high then try trading him for price, and see what the other gm would say to you.. The habs are better right now and will be a solid team and a big reason is because of the play of price and halak...


    I should proof read this but I don\'t have the time..

    Price and Turris would be smart choices... go with your gut feeling..

    Can\'t wait for the Price Sophomore slump and people start leaping off of bridges lol:laugh:

    Last year I decided to keep a prospect who pretty much treaded water and I wound up releasing. I kept him over Kovalev who had a poor year and looked to be on the decline. So I thought, hey smart guy keep the kid. Right now I am wishing I kept Kovy. Just a humble tale of wide eyes at young talent vs proven production.
