Max Pacioretty is already back practicing with the Canadiens days after undergoing an emergency appendectomy.
Pacioretty was originally expected to miss three to four weeks after the procedure, but it appears the 24-year old could shatter those predictions. The Canadiens' promising forward already had four assists on the season before being sidelined and his owners have to be thrilled he's already back skating. Stay tuned after today's skate to see what coach Michel Therrien has to say about his status.

Max Pacioretty (emergency appendectomy) will return in a matter of days.
The exact timetable for Pacioretty's return still isn't known, but he should be back soon. That's great news as he was previously expected to be sidelined until late February.
