#1 Waiver on Schultz?
Justin Schultz was dropped yesterday prior to last night's 2-point, 6-shot performance with almost 27 minutes of ice. He'll definitely be scooped in my league, and I've got the #1 waiver spot. Do I use it?
Pros:
- I'm short one D-man until Subban signs anyway
- How does he not succeed in Edmonton??
- At the very least, he'll be a good trading chip as the season progresses
Cons:
- I always do this (use a high waiver priority early in the season)
I'd be dropping Ennis for him. Can't see anyone else on my roster that I'd consider.

I've watched every one of the games Edm has played. The kid is dynamite. You'd think he was a 4th fwd the way he plays. Unlimited ice time, runs the PP and is solid defensively. I can't believe somebody dropped him! Wow!

yes pick him up. IN a keeper I would be thrilled to get him for just a waiver claim. He played almost 10 minutes on the PP last night.
This is a full keeper so a guy like Schultz is gold. THIS is how you use the #1 waiver priority.
