If you were to do either of these, Id lean towards the 2nd one, you're pretty weak at LW and letting go of Hall weakens you further. Im not as in tune with prospects points so losing Huberdeau could hurt in the long run??
I have two offers on the table to get Lundqvist. By on the table, I mean offered to me.
Team/league in sig.
Deal 1
To me: Henrik Lundqvist and Dan Boyle
To him: Taylor Hall, Sven Baertschi, Mikhail Grigorenko, 1st round pick
Deal 2
To me: Henrik Lundqqvist and Dan Boyle
To him: Jonathan Huberdeau, Sven Baertschi, Brandon Saad, Mikhail Grigorenko, 1st round pick
To me, both of these seem outrageous, but you (collectively) have told me (indirectly) I overvalue prospects in the past.
What are your thoughts? If it's bad, what should I offer?

I would accept offer #2 for sure. Getting the best goalie in the world for prospects and a pick is an easy accept in my opinion.
Accept deal #2 for sure. Then once Luongo is gone and starting you move him for a top tier forward. There's no sense in having the King, Schneider and Luongo (once he's starting somewhere) when you only start 1 G. However you still HAVE to make this deal. Even if all of those guys hit their potential, I still feel you made a solid move. Your team is clearly a champion contender, this trade moves you more in that direction.
Do it.
10-team Auction League, $160 team salary, weekly H2H, start: 6F, 4D, 1G and 5 Bench
Scoring structure: (F : 1pt G / 1pt A / 0.15pts SOG / 0.15pts Hits / 0.15pts BlkS), (G : 5 pts W / 3 pts SO / 0.01 pts Saves)
Forwards : Ovechkin ($43), Kessel ($20), Benn ($7), Spezza ($13), Brown ($7), Marchand ($13), Landeskog ($3), Elias ($1), Plekanec ($1),
Defenses : Letang ($26), Visnovsky ($1), Bieksa ($1), Faulk ($2) Ehrhoff ($2)
Goalies : Holtby ($7), Nabokov ($2)
For what it's worth, I still do #1 if the GM pulls #2 off the table.
However I suggest you take #2 as I would NEVER move Hall for Huberdeau+Saad so to me the best package to move in this deal is #2.

This is why I ask the Dobber community haha. I am very surprised with the response.

I wouldn't have a problem accepting either one of these trades. Having Crosby, Malkin, and Lundqvist in a 16 team league is unheard of. That's 3 of the first 4 picks in almost every keeper league draft I've ever been a part of! Getting Lundqvist means you're set for your 1 goalie and you can shop either Luongo or Schneider and net a piece much better than Hall. All that and you don't even have to give up Schultz, and only one of Hall/Huberdeau. I'd be all over it.

The deal was just completed. Thanks to everyone for their advice! I ended up negotiating to keep my 1st round pick and add Victor Fasth instead.
The deal is as follows
To me: Lundqvist and D.Boyle
To him: Huberdeau, Bartschi, Grigorenko, Saad, and Fasth
Thanks again!!
