defenseman with march upside ?

looking at the 2nd round of head to head hockey league (I got a first round bye) and have Matt Carle in the lineup (not good)

Points for goals, assists, shots, plus minus and pims

I am hoping to find a defenceman somewhat off the radar I can plug in for the week march 19-25 for some extra points.

Ranger is cold right now (2 assists in the last month, -6 rating)

Bergeron isnt playing in Anaheim, but might see time if Pronger gets suspended, so keep an eye out there.

Kuba has 5 assists and is a +2 in the last month. Not bad.

Preissing, 1g, 2a, even for last month.

Gilbert has 2g, 4a, but he is a -5. That wont be any help for your +/- category, but he\'s probably going to provide a good amount of offense.

Lydman has 1 goal and 8 assists in the last month. Quite impressive, but dont be fooled, those #s are skewed by a 4 assist night. In his last 7 games he has only 1 goal and 1 assist.

I think Kuba is your man, unless Pronger gets suspended. Then snag Bergeron quick.

Is Cam Barker available? 6 points in his last 6 games and it looks like he will be a nice pick up for the last regular season weeks. He is on the ww in many league, so maybe you can grab him.

I really don´t see MAB having that much upside even with this suspension. Schneider will get time on the 1st pp unit with Niedermayer now and Bergeron is still behind them in the second pp unit.

I just picked up Robidas to fill in for Pronger. :unsure: He has a good amount of shots on goal and standard numbers...seems better than everyone else available.
