Taken 3. Not good. Too slow, and way too many plot holes and unanswered questions.

I don't mind plot holes sometimes, but when you're consciously thinking of them during the movie, then there's a problem.

    I'd give it 3 out of 10.

12-team Keeper pool, straight points for forwards & dmen. Goalies get: 2 points per win, 3 per shutout, 1 point per assist & 1 point per shootout loss.

    League champ in 2013, 2015, 2018, 2020 and 2022.

Top 8 forwards, 5 dmen and 2 goalies count.

We keep 15 players (any position) plus two rookies.

Goalies: Kochetkov, Talbot, Vasilevskiy, Campbell, Schmid

Taken3 gets a 3. I like what you did there.

Concussion is a must for sports fans. It shows the power of the NFL but a sign of things to come.

If boys are going to watch, Pan, if not, Jem for me. They both look bad, but I grew up in the 80's, so I'd be curious to see how they butchered that property.

I assume that Pan would be the better overall movie, though, even if it doesn't look very good.

It seems like it's getting panned by everyone though, even sports fans.

Not sure why. It is a true story after all. Any inaccuracy would have resulted in a law suit of some kind I would think.

Martian 8 G-forces out of 10. silly opening, silly ending, but I like the middle portion. Damon was alright, music was upbeat but the other actors were a little too cardboard-ish for me. Did he just pull 12Gs in a small rocket covered in saran wrap? oy vey
Hockey Pools? Too many to mention. Points only, salary cap and dynasty.

Revenant - 7/10 if you're a nature buff and like lots of grunting, moaning and groaning, you'll like this one. Couple of intense scenes mostly in first hour then petered out for me....bear scene was great and intense...ended as we all knew it would.....2h 25 mins...no pee breaks until after hour one...

Hateful 8 - 7/10 - slow burn, lots of dialogue to weed through...I'd describe it as slightly strange and bloody...not as enjoyable as other QT films...over 2.5 hours...can't say i enjoyed any of the characters nor did I care what would happen to them....

I just finished watching it this afternoon. Definitely an excellent movie but than again, I enjoy true stories that are made into movies. This one didn't disappoint.

These are the last few I've watched:

    1) Focus
7/10: Margot Robbie and Will Smith click well together in this sexy pick-pocket/con-artist thriller. I had heard very little about this movie prior to seeing it a couple of weeks ago. Some cool twists with decent acting but nothing to write home about.

    2) 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi
8.5/10: Saw this one yesterday night at the movies. Many critics will slam this movie because it's a Michael Bay movie and/or claim that the facts are inaccurate (movie is based on a true stroy), but I suggest you go in with a clear mind (to be fair, I am a fan of Bay's movies, but I did not expect much going into it). Good action, decent acting and a tense story tell the real-life story of 6 contract soldiers who risked their lives to protect a U.S. ambassador and an American diplomatic compound in Libya during the September 2012 terrorist attacks.
I actually really enjoyed it! It did not give me as big of a rush as Black Hawk Down did (one of my favorite war movies), but it was pretty intense nonetheless.

    3) Dumb and Dumber To
2.5/10: Should have stuck to the original... Watching this one on TV a few weeks back was a big mistake (to be fair, I had been warned previously)! Cheezy lines, with recycled gags (I understand some of them were inside jokes from the first one, but cheezy nonetheless).

Same here, and....same here. One of those movies where at times you almost forget to breathe while watching it.
