Rate the last 5 movies you've watched

Haven't seen Frequencies, but I did watch a Netflix movie a few weeks ago called "The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete".

It was one of those nights where I had nothing to do and couldn't find a good movie so I just chose whatever, and it turned out to be one of those surprisingly awesome indies.

Check it out when you have some time.

The Gambler - 6/10. Marky Mark as a professor was a tough-sell but he nailed the gambling degenerate. It was so-so but Rounders was a lot better.

Has anyone else seen The Equalizer with Denzel? I loved this movie. 9/10.

Rounders is one of my all time favs.

Gonna have to check out the equalizer after that endorsement!

Predestination - good time travel movie, not perfect, but solid. 6/10
Deliver us from Evil - great flick. tough to find a good scary movie. it wasn't super scary but a good story and cast. 7/10
Gone Girl - Crazy movie. Bizzarro....8/10
the new Sin City movie...I didn't finish it, was good enough but didn't keep my attention 4/10

I just watched predestination too...kinda weird but definitely a good movie to make you think with all the paradox stuff.


seems like I should watch the equalizer, almost watched it but the trailer didn't seem that good.

i just watched the equalizer, the first half was pretty good but the ending was kinda corny. don't want to say much else in case i spoil it but i'd rate it 6/7 out of 10. denzel's acting was the bright spot in the movie for me.

and wtf that girl who is the hooker, i swear the last movie i saw her in she was like a 10 year old kid.

Yeah, I've steered clear from downloads since New Year's because of this. I think that the artists will ultimately lose because I'll simply stop watching/talking about their shows all together, which I'm sure isn't what they want.

Gone Girl was great.. so much darker than I expected.....

Guardians of the Galaxy was an utter blast... soundtrack bumped that movie up one rating point..

Based on the last couple of posts, I watched Predestination and Equalizer over the past couple of nights.

Predestination was awesome. Way better than I expected. Pretty original as far as time travel movies go. 8/10
Equalizer was good too... a little cheesy and predictable, but it's what you'd expect from an action movie. 7/10

Great suggestions fellas, keep'em coming if you have any more.

I'm looking forward to seeing American Sniper next week... I know it came out in the states in Dec but it's making its Canadian debut here.

Equalizer and Fury are next up. Guardians was ok. 7/10 but with a good soundtrack i'll score it an 8/10.
