I'm sorry should have specified that I'm intending this as more of a long term add. I'm thinking Hartline anyway though because he's the #1 option on MIA.
Though with Brown injured this week I have several options that I need to look at for flex.

Hartline. He has a very soft schedule and is the #1 in Mia. N.O. has too many receivers. Moore was more valuable when Graham was hurt. Graham looks pretty healthy, so scratch Moore.
