Default Any help for my RB situation?

For the team and league below, losing MJD is a pretty huge loss. I am some couple week stop-gaps in FJones and Ballard, but if MJD is out for an extended period of time, I am looking pretty bleak. Of course Jennings was drafted and is still owned, and the owner isn't interested in trading him. The waiver wire is pretty slim, with some of the better guys being Dwyer, Woodhead, McKnight, Hardesty, Tanner, Hillis. Any thoughts or potential ideas for moves I could make to help my situation beyond the next week or two? Thanks!

    12 team H2H, PPR w/ return yards. Starters: 1QB, 2WR, 2RB, TE, WR/RB, WR/TE, K, DST.
    QB: Rodgers, Ponder
WR: Colston, Wallace, Britt, Hartline, Hawkins
RB: Peterson, MJD, FJones, Rodgers, Ballard
    TE: Bennett, Finley
    K: Tucker
    D: Vikings

The only potential I see is maybe packaging FInley and a WR for another back, but with that offer you're probably not going to get much better than Fred Jackson. The best option might just be to stay put and hope for some big weeks from your regular bench guys.

Only one's I'd be interested in on ww is Dwyer and Hardesty, but both have tough match ups and will also be 1-2 week stop gaps, no better than Jones/Ballard.
I can't see a trade working out especially Finley, I know I wouldn't want him.
Hope MJD comes back fast and like you say play Jones and Ballard for the next week.

Dwyer for me. Mendenhall is a mess, and the Pitt backfield is up for grabs. Dwyer is in as good a spot as any to grab the gig. I have no faith whatsoever in Felix Jones generally and Murray should be back at the helm in a week or two - so dump him if you have to make room for Dwyer.

Another vote for Dwyer. He is who I would pick up.

Dwyer is a short-term add. I don't think you have the pieces to trade without creating a hole elsewhere. If i were you, I'd go with

    Kendall Hunter or Andre Brown

As a fall-back, James Starks should be considered. Monitor GB's sitiation. Starks may be a starter soon enough. McCarthy is not happy with Alex Green. If Green puts up another dud, Starks may be the man for the rest of the year.

Lastly, if in dire straights, i would roster Daniel Thomas (Mia). They have a nice set up the last four weeks.

Thanks guys. Dwyer was claimed on waivers, so couldn't have gotten him anyway. Hunter is already owned, but Brown and Starks are available and guys I have been monitoring. I actually owned Brown after Bradshaw got hurt, but then he wasn't doing much and dropped him for Ballard. Will definitely be continuing to watch the situation though.

I've done the same with Brown and Ballard. I don't like Ballard that much because Luck is being used as the GL back. You pretty much have to hope he runs for 100yds, which is a low-probability. If i were you, i'd drop Ballard and scoop Brown NOW, even with this week's match-up. Bradshaw's carries will be limited the rest of the year, putting Brown in a time-share, where he could eventually put up some 60-100yd +1 TD games. Brown is getting GL opportunities, Ballard isn't. And Bradshaw is such a band-aid in a high-powered offense.

I like Tanner as a good replacement for this weekend. Murray has been ruled out now, and Felix Jones is already banged up with two injuries after a whopping 15 touches last week.

I think Tanner gets 20+ touches and goes for over 100 yards and a TD.

I really like Andre Brown and am not confident in Bradshaw to stay healthy at all..
