Week 10 QB for Rodgers bye

For the league listed below, I currently have Ponder who plays at home against Detroit as my fill in for Rodgers bye, but Freeman is available and I am wondering if he would be a better option at home against San Diego. What are you thoughts on Ponder vs Freeman for that week looking ahead?


12 team H2H, PPR w/ return yards. Starters: 1QB, 2WR, 2RB, TE, WR/RB, WR/TE, K, DST.
QB: Rodgers, Ponder
WR: Colston, Wallace, Britt, Hartline, Hawkins
RB: Peterson, MJD, FJones, Rodgers, Ballard
TE: Bennett, Finley
K: Tucker
D: Vikings

Definitely Freeman > Ponder. He has been phenomenal the past few weeks and really producing even though TB isn't winning. Freeman and Jackson have some great chemistry.

Looks like a mute point unless Freeman gets dropped in the next week or two, as he was claimed on waivers by a higher priority.

Freeman, for sure. SD, as of now, has the 25th ranked pass-defense. JACKPOT!!
