Should we setup a thread for trade blocks or something?
Also with a 1 week timeframe I should be able to make most games... just a matter of timing with the other person.
I like that idea. There may even be a trade block option built into the game. I haven't explored the GM Connected mode enough yet so there will be a bit of learning for us all.

I just assumed there wasn't or something because I always see GM Connected Trade Blocks over at HFBoards... but it makes no sense that it wouldn't be in game when it is in offline mode.
there is infact a trade block BUILT IN. You go to trade block and can edit your own.
The game by default has recommendations.

On another note,
I'm halfway through my season w/ my office buddies. My buddy at another office got all his friends to join so we are up to about 12 people in the league now. Trading got a little rediculous and we all pillaged the CPU teams. The game really likes to injur guys long term. Duchene was out w/ a herniated disc. 49 games.
If you sim, I noticed injuries happen way more frequently. Price out w/ back spasms? lol... doesn't happen without sim.
How realistic are the draft picks coming up? Is Mackinnon actually rated/projected properly? i.e. does it matter WHO I pick? or does the game randomize these guys as far as skill? I expect to be top 8 in my league at the end of season so my pick would be low in the first round.

There's a facebook group set up for communication between the league members.
Its awesome so far.

The Buffalo GM is rebuilding, all 30 NHL teams have a human GM (including the Commissioner).
