Which bad matchup to sit?

CJ Spiller vs. San Fran or Larry Fitzgerald vs. St. Louis?

Right now I'm sitting with Hixon in my flex and Spiller on my bench - if Fitz is a worse matchup I can move Hixon up to WR and drop in Spiller at Flex.

I'd sit Spiller because 1) He's still coming off of injury, so I doubt his role is significant. 2) SF is a dominant defense.

Fitz has a tough match up, but Ari is still going to have to pass the ball. Perhaps Roberts' emergence, as of late, finally takes some focus off of Fitz.
