You definitely need to trade Stafford-- but not for Chris Johnson. Try and trade Stafford, Fred Jackson, and one of Stevie Johnson/Percy Harvin for Rice or Foster, and spare parts. If you can get one of the top 2 backs then you are basically unbeatable. You could have a stronger TE, but hey, beggars can't be choosers.
