Default Williams vs Miami or SJax vs Seattle?

Pretty normal scoring but we have a 4 point bonus if a player gets 100+ pass or rush yards.

Right now I am starting BenJarvus@Jax and McCoy vs Giants in my two rb spots, AJ Green and Stevie Johnson as WR's but I'm not sure who to use in my flex spot W/R/T.

    Options:
    SJAX vs Seattle (tough defense.....)
Ryan Williams @ Miami (with Beanie out he could be good)
    LaFell @ Atlanta (no way!)
    Owen Daniels vs Titans
    14 Team Dynasty League
    5 C's, 8 W's, 5 D's, 2G's - 3 Prospects.

    Scoring
    F: Goals(3) Assists(2)
    D: Goals(4) Assist(3)
    G: W(3) Saves(0.15) Goal Against(-0.75) Shutout(2)

C: Datsyuk, Grabovski, Backstrom, Bergeron, Bozak
W: Kovalchuk, Ovechkin, P Kane, Hall, Sharp, Kessel, Nash, Silfverberg
D: Enstrom, Letang, Kronwall, Faulk, Chara
    G: Miller, Price

    IR:
    Prospects: Galchenyuk, Nyquist, Shore

Take a chance on Williams (I dropped him 1 week too early)

I would actually take Jackson here. Williams has been disappointing and so has the entire Arizona run game.

R.Williams: Miami has given up the 11th most fantasy points to Running Backs this season.

S.Jackson: Seattle has given up the 26th most fantasy points to Running Backs this season.

I am definitely going with Williams this weekend. Williams will be the only back who touches the ball on Sunday for the Cardinals.. Jackson has to face another tough D, two weeks in a row..

I agree with this. This will be a close game keeping SJax involved.
