    Default Trading for a RB

I can't seem to get a handle on this leagues scoring system. All I know is I need a #1 running back to replace Chris Johnson. The scoring system along with my team is below.

    Rushing/Receiving Yards: 1 point per 5 yards
    Rush attempts: 0.75 points
    Receptions: 1.5 points
Throwing yards: 1 point per 20 yards
    Completions: 1 point
    All touchdowns: 3 points

    We start 2 QB, 4 WR, 2 RB, 1 TE, 1 K and 2 D. My team is below:

    QB: Rivers
    QB: Locker
    WR: Harvin
    WR: Julio Jones
    WR: Reggie White
    WR: Greg Jennings
    RB: MJD
    RB: Michael Bush
    TE: Fred Davis

With Chris Johnson, Owen Daniels, Josh Freeman, Denarius Moore and Brandon LaFell on the bench.

I was recently offered Trent Richardson and Tamme for Harvin and Daniels which I declined as Harvin is only 2 points back of Calvin Johnson in this league. However I do feel I need a RB desperately and soon. I could use a QB too but that's a problem for later. I can hold off one more week if Forte doesn't play but after that I'm probably going to need to trade a WR for a RB. I'd like to then see if I can swap Chris Johnson for a WR somewhere as well.

What kind of RB should I be targeting for any of my top 3 WR? The guy who offered Richardson also has Mathews but even that I don't consider to be a win for me if it's Harvin going.

To make a long story short: help please!

    A few questions.

How many teams in this league?

Who are some of the WRs and QBs available in free agency?

Did you mean Reggie Wayne or Roddy White? Either way they are both good WRs.

Yah weired scoring as its 1.5 ppr and pts for rushing attempts which i have never seen.

Agree with above. I say try to trade Jennings as he is older, has injury history, and many target options in GB.

Sorry I meant roddy white ... I would prefer to move Jennings but I feel I need a top tier RB in order to compete and don't think i could get that with jennings. The points per rushing attempt is what kills it. I'm on my phone right now so I can't see what's available on the WW but I can tell you it's pretty slim pickings. Might be able to get an okay bye week replacement but not what I need unfortunately.

Hawkins is owned by another team in this league. One who's made lots of inquiries about Johnson actually. Powell is a free agent but I don't think he's the type of guy I'd be after.

Basically what I'm asking is with this scoring setup what type of return should I get for a guy like Harvin?
    Or Jones?
    Or White?

To put things in perspective the top RB in this league right now is Foster with 149 points, followed by Rice at 143.

For WR it's Johnson at 112 followed by Harvin at 110.

With this said is it wrong to expect a top 5 RB for a guy like Harvin even though the point difference is fairly substantial?
