Default Waiver Pick up[ Hawkins or Ogletree

I have 3rd overal on waivers right now and my WR core is pretty weak. SO I am going to drop someone for either Andrew Hawkins or Kevin Ogletree. Now I need to know who will be more of the long term solution. Both were not expected to have the games that they did or catch as many balls as they did. I am almost guaranteed one of them and the one I want need to be the guy all season long. Which has the most likely chance of being valuable all season long?

Hawkins will be a STARTER all year, but i'd go Ogle because Austin can't stay healthy and Bryant, although good, seems to struggle with consistency, whether it's health or off the field issues. There's talk that Ogle may be what Robinson was to the Cowboys last year. If that is so, grab him up because even with a crowded WR corp, Robinson went off due to the aforementioned issues with the other wides.
