    Default Week 1 Waiver Pickups

Both of my leagues send players to waivers after their game time. Waivers are over on Tuesday. Are any of these big performers from this week worth a roster spot? How would you rank them? I have this question for both of my teams so I will break this into 2 parts for both leagues.

League 1 (details in sig) - Waiver position 6 or 7 (determined by reverse standings)

In this league I'm looking more for RBs but I'm also just looking for the player who will provide me the most points throughout the season as a WR or RB. I think that Lynch is going to be fine so I will be dropping Turbin for this player.
Here's who is available (I'll include stats):

    Alfred Morris(RB) - 96 Yds, 2 TD, 28 CAR, 3.4 YPC
    Dexter McCluster(WR/RB) - 82 Yds, 6 Rec, 10 Tgt
    Lance Moore(WR) - 89 Yds, 1 TD, 6 Rec, 10 Tgt
    Stephen Hill(WR) - 89 Yds, 2 TD, 5 Rec, 6 Tgt
    Alshon Jeffery(WR) - 80 Yds, 1 TD, 3 Rec, 5 Tgt
    Randall Cobb(WR) - 77 Yds, 9 Rec, 9 Tgt
    Kyle Obletree(WR) - 114 Yds, 2 TD, 8 Rec, 11 Tgt
    Brandon LaFell(WR) - 65 Yds, 1 TD, 3 Rec, 5 Tgt
    Jonathan Dwyer(RB) - 43 Rush Yds, 9 Car, 4.8 YPC, 11 Rec Yds, 2 Rec, 4 Tgt

League 2 (details in sig) - Waiver Position - 1

In this league we only start 2 RBs and with Forte, Peterson and Martin I don't really need another but I'm thinking I should take Spiller anyway because he will probably hold the most value and I could use him and Martin hopefully later in the season to upgrade another position. I'll probably drop Mendenhall for Spiller. I also wanted to look at TEs that I could use to upgrade my existing TE.

    CJ Spiller(RB) - 169 Yds, 1 TD, 14 CAR 12.1 YPC
    Alfred Morris(RB) - 96 Yds, 2 TD, 28 CAR, 3.4 YPC
    Dexter McCluster(WR/RB) - 82 Yds, 6 Rec, 10 Tgt
    Stephen Hill(WR) - 89 Yds, 2 TD, 5 Rec, 6 Tgt
    Randall Cobb(WR) - 77 Yds, 9 Rec, 9 Tgt
    Kyle Obletree(WR) - 114 Yds, 2 TD, 8 Rec, 11 Tgt
    Brandon LaFell(WR) - 65 Yds, 1 TD, 3 Rec, 5 Tgt
    Jonathan Dwyer(RB) - 43 Rush Yds, 9 Car, 4.8 YPC, 11 Rec Yds, 2 Rec, 4 Tgt

Do you like any of these over Celek and/or Olsen?
    Mercedes Lewis(TE) - 52 Yds, 1 TD, 5 Rec, 5 Tgt
    Owen Daniels(TE) - 87 Yds, 4 Rec, 8 Tgt
    Colby Fleener(TE) - 82 Yds, 6 Rec, 10 Tgt
    Heath Miller(TE) - 50 Yds, 1 TD, 4 Rec, 7 Tgt

I like Fleener over Olsen or Celek whoever you dont think will be as productive

SPILLER OR HILL WOULD BE MY FIRST CHOICES.

depends on how high you are in the waiver rank.

but fleener would also be nice - more chance to get him

Fleener or Daniels easily over Celek. I would actually just ride out Daniels until his inevitable injury.

You have too many RBs on your first team. You should drop Bush and Turbin and pickup Alfred Morris and Alshon Jefferey.

With the second team, I agree on picking up Spiller.

For your third question, Fleener would be my choice. Luck will be under a ton of pressure and need a hot read. He may end up being Andrew's most targeted receiver.

You want me to drop Bush? What are you smoking? He's probably my #2 RB and he has an easy schedule for most of the season.
