Thoughts on my team?

14-team PPR league on Yahoo. I was sitting at 12th overall and this is the squad I put together.
Strengths? Weaknesses? General thoughts? I'm pleased with how the draft went as I feel I have one of the better teams in my league, but I always try to hear some unbiased opinions as well.

QB: Cam Newton

WR: Hakeem Nicks
WR: Steve Smith

RB: MJD
RB: Stevan Ridley

TE: Jason Witten

W/R/T: Eric Decker

Kicker: Garret Hartley
D: Buffalo

Bench: Rashad Jennings, Ryan Williams, Greg Little, Kendall Wright, Kyle Rudolph



I plan on dropping Kyle Rudolph after this week; I thought he would be a solid plug for Witten for my first matchup. I'm not pleased with Buffalo as my D, but I waited until the last round because I normally pick up D's on a week-to-week basis based on matchups.

Debating taking a backup QB for Newton's bye week, or scooping up whatever RB jumps out at me from the waiver wire when I drop Rudolph. It would probably be smartest to lock up a back-up QB now; however Andy Dalton is the best one available but he plays Pitt when Newton has a bye so I'm not keen on wasting my #2 waiver priority on that. My other option would be to grab Bradford, who plays GB that week.

Any suggestions on how I can improve my squad?

Not too bad. Very few weak points: RB2 and D. I actually like Rudoloph. He should come up big, and the value of haing two TE in fantasy underappreciated. I think Jennings should be let go. MJD is too much of a workhorse to hold onto his cuff. Buff D isn't awful, but I wouldn't do cartwheels over them either. A good D goes a long way, as i'm sure you know. At some point in time an unknown RB, to the masses, will pop up. Maybe it's Williams. Maybe it's Pead.
