Any other options? Of those, I sit Richardson - he's going to get pounded by the Philly defense and I bet Cleveland sits him for the 4th quarter in a blowout loss.

How about Robert Turbin off waivers this week?

Thanks for your response. Our waiver does not open until after week 1. My other options are Thomas against Hou and Tate (Foster's handcuff). Foster is my #1 RB.

Watch out Foster tweaked his knee a day or so ago

Tate is a better choice than Richardson for week 1 (IMO) but if Foster ends up sitting you'll need to go Tate and Richardson.

Even if Foster plays, in what's expected to be a blowout, I bet Tate gets significant playing time.

Of your backs, order of preference for week 1:

Foster (check Sunday morning news - IF he plays!)
Tate (regardless of Foster playing or not)
    Richardson
    Ingram

    Good luck!

Just saw it. I could see Houston easily giving Foster the day off against the Fins. Looks like I'm starting Tate for sure.

    T. Rich, easily. Even if Philly smashes Cle, he's a 4 down back and will get garbage time to pad his stats. From a stats perspective, Phi gave up 20.3pts per game to backs last year. They added Ryans, which should help. However, he's one man and their LBs as a whole sucked against pass catching backs last year. This works out as the ninth easiest matchup for a back, not too bad a play.
