There are a lot of sites like: www.nfl.com that have an overall list as well as a list by position. When drafting, I go by position as opposed to the overall list. Target elite players on elite offenses first and then elite players in general. When looking at positions, see which is the most thin: QB, RB, WR = the deepest, so you can wait. I did just that and got AJ Green in round 3.
I tend to pick QB or RB as my first two. It just depends where I am at and who falls.
I STRONGLY recommend doing a couple yahoo mock drafts first. It will help you gauge players to target, some of which may slip your mind in your actual draft had you not first done a mock or two.
