Default 2B + SS Who should I pick up or NOT?

I currently sit in 1st place in my pool (1 yr points-based). I have a 450 point lead with 3 waiver moves left to make. That lead has been getting smaller over the past few weeks. My 2b & SS situation has been hurting me a bit.

BASED ON THE INFO BELOW.........SHOULD I MAKE A MOVE OR JUST HOLD OFF?

    @ 2b I have:
    Craig-stl(1b,2b,OF),
    Kipnis-clev (2b) injured day-to-day,
(DL) Cuddyer-col (1b,2b,OF) should be off the DL in a week

    @ SS I have:
    Furcal-stl (SS),
    Cozart-cin (SS)

This is what is available on the Waivers:

    Walker-pgh (2b)
    Hill-ari (2b)
    Altuve-hou (2b)
    Ackley-sea (2b)
    Utley-phi (2b)
    Espinosa-wsh (2b,SS)
    Scutaro-sf (2b,3b,SS)
    Rutledge-col (SS)
    Machado-bal (SS)

The Rest of my team is as follows:

    @ C: Weiters-bal, Perez-kc
    @ 1b: Fielder-det
    @ 3b: Cabrera-det (1b)
    @ OF: Braun-mil, McCuthen-pgh, Trout-laa,
    @ UTIL: Longoria-tb (3b), Wright-nym (3b)

    Bench: Bourn-atl (OF)

    SP: Hernandez-sea, Shields-tb, Lee-phi, Kershaw-ladod, Gallardo-mil
    Bench: Garza-chc
    RP: Motte-stl, Nathan-tex, Perez-clev
    DL: Bailey-bos (RP)

I would probably grab Machado by dropping Cozart. Just to see if you can catch lightning in a bottle.

I'd be tempted to grab Neil Walker, because he's on fire. However, I think its best to save those two moves just in case you need them for the rest of the season.

Rutledge>Cozart. Rutledge is probably going to be starting for the next 2-3 weeks every day, hits in a park that practically gives away homers and has made the most of it thus far.
